Q: Does my gift card expire?
A: No – our gift cards do not expire and there is no fee to keep them active. Only promotional cards (bonus cards) expire.
Q: Where is my gift card redeemable?
A: You may redeem your gift card at all Terrain Cafe, Pizzeria Vetri and Gatehouse locations.

Q: Can I use my gift card to purchase tickets to your events?
A: No, you can’t use any type of gift card to purchase tickets to any of our ticketed events. Gift cards are also not applicable to private events hosted in any of our restaurants or Terrain event venues.
Q: Can I refund my gift card?
A: No, your card is not redeemable for refunds at any time.
Q: Can i use my gift card to order pickup/delivery on third-party platforms?
A: No, your card is can not be used to order pickup/delivery on third-party platforms such as DoorDash, UberEats, and Caviar. However, you CAN order pickup through Toast and apply your gift card balance.
Q: can i receive a bonus card with an in-store purchase?
A: No, bonus cards for the 2024 Holiday Gift Card Promotion are only available with online purchases.
Q: How can I check my gift card balance?
A: Gift card balances may be checked at: lookup.app.securetree.com/lookup/menusandvenues
Q: When will i receive my gift card?
A: Processing of e-gift cards will be delivered to your recipient within minutes. Online orders for physical gift cards that are placed before 2PM EST (Monday - Friday) will be given to our shipping partner the same day, while orders placed after 2PM will be shipped the next business day. Shipping time varies based on method chosen.
